Assignment 1 — description / results
Role - Project Manager (During employment in GC Rieber Compact Group) - Led the greenfield RUTF/RUSF manufacturing project from design through commissioning. Supported process and equipment integration, GMP readiness, FSSC 22000 compliance, local team development and operational scale-up from and support in UNICEF audit preparation and clearance.
Assignment 2 — description / results
Role: Technical Team Member (During previous employment with GC Rieber Compact) Supported formulation and production trials using locally identified Afghan raw materials, process definition, packaging and manufacturing-cost inputs, and development of a production-line/containerised manufacturing concept for potential local production in Afghanistan.
Assignment 3 — description / results
Technical Consultant / Independent Assessed the feasibility of using/modifying existing manufacturing assets for RUTF/RUSF production, covering process requirements, equipment, hygienic design, GMP, microbiological controls and investment implications. The assessment identified important technical limitations of adapting conventional food-processing assets for specialised nutrition production and supported reconsideration of the proposed approach.
